The district 3 chairman of board, Cindy Sanders (Duluth), installs Pauline Menuey as the 2006-07 East Range
chapter president. Pauline quickly installs the new East Range officers to the board with Brenda Fossel as State Delegate
and Mandy Maki as Vice-President for the 2006-07 year.
